The Monett Branch Library will hold the next Wii gaming event on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 4 p.m. A variety of games will be available to play, and all ages are welcome to participate.
The library will be celebrating Teen Read Week Oct. 16 through Oct. 22 with a drawing for prizes during the week as well as a teen night event featuring a movie and popcorn on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. Teens may enter their name into the prize drawing for each book, DVD or magazine they check out during the week. Teens are also encouraged to add to the new Teen Zone Scrapbook in the teen area by bringing in items, such as poetry, book reviews, drawings, short stories and photos.
