A new exhibit from the office of longtime Pierce City physician Dr. Charles Moore is now on display at the Harold Bell Wright Museum at 404 Walnut in Pierce City. Moore, who died in 1966, practiced medicine in Pierce City for 32 years, retiring in 1961. Members of his family recently visited the museum and offered the sign, a chair, a scale and cabinet with medical tools to the museum. Ronnie Landoll, museum board president, at right, completed arrangements for the donation and members of curator Glo Abramovitz's family went to Lee's Summit to pick up the items. The Harold Bell Wright Museum is open Thursdays and Saturdays from 1:30 to 4 p.m. [Times Photo by Murray Bishoff]
