A single-vehicle crash on Monday sent a Golden woman to the hospital.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when the driver of a 1994 Honda Accord, Stephanie A. Busse, 21, of Golden, failed to negotiate a curve, skidded across the center line, traveled off the roadway and overturned. The wreck occurred at 6:29 p.m. on County Road E two miles northeast of Eagle Rock.
Busse was taken by ambulance to St. John's Hospital-Cassville with minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt.
* A Cassville youth was injured at 2:55 p.m. on Monday when the motorcycle he was riding overturned. Joseph T. Haney, 16, of Cassville, was slowing for traffic and excessive braking caused the motorcycle to overturn. Haney was taken by ambulance to St. John's Hospital in Springfield with moderate injuries.
* A single-vehicle crash on Tuesday sent two Joplin youth to an area hospital. The wreck took place at 1:35 a.m. on Interstate 44 eight miles east of Halltown. The wreck occurred when a 1993 Acura Integra, driven by Bryan D. Hobson, 18, of Joplin, ran off the road, struck a rock bluff and overturned. Hobson and a passenger in the vehicle, Joshua W. Stewart, 16, of Joplin, were taken by ambulance to Freeman Hospital in Joplin with minor injuries.
* A single-vehicle wreck yesterday sent a Cassville woman to a Branson hospital. The wreck occurred at 9:30 p.m. when the driver of a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Laura J. Rankin, 40, of Rockaway Beach, ran off of Highway 165 five miles west of Hollister and overturned down a steep embankment. Rankin and a passenger in the vehicle, Stephanie L. Daniels, 37, of Cassville, were transported to Skaggs Hospital in Branson with moderate and minor injuries respectively. They were both wearing seat belts.
