Springfield-Springfield Livestock Marketing Center: Cow and Bull Auction Close for 8/29/2011

   Compared to last Monday, after opening weaker slaughter cows returned to
steady and slaughter bulls sold 1.00 lower. The offering included a high
percent of cull dairy cows. There was a light to moderate supply of bred
cows and a light supply of cow/calf pairs. Supply and demand were moderate
for slaughter classes.
Note: There will be no cow and bull sale next Monday due to the Holiday.
