Programs for children and teens at the Monett Branch Library will begin this September.

On Sept. 6, weekly Storytimes for pre-school and toddlers will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. On Sept.12, weekly after-school programs for children ages 5 to 12 will be held on Mondays at 4 p.m. On Sept. 15, monthly Teen Nights will be held on the third Thursday of each month. New adult fiction titles include: "Adrenaline" by Jeff Abbott; "South of Superior" by Ellen Airgood; "Love Finds You in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California" by Sandra Bricker; "Betsy's Return" by Wanda E. Brunstetter; "The One Who Waits for Me" by Lori Copeland; "The Ideal Man" by Julie Garwood; "Love Finds You in Treasure Island, Florida" by Debby Mayne; "Merciless" by Diana Palmer; and "Justice" by Karen Robards.

New non-fiction titles include: "Simple Science Object Talks" by Heno Head, Jr.; "Tears of Rage: From Grieving Father to Crusader for Justice, the Untold Story of the Adam Walsh Case" by John Walsh; "Famous Gunfighters of the Western Frontier" by Bat Masterson; and "Historical Atlas of the Outlaw West" by Richard M. Patterson.

New youth titles include: "The Gathering" by Kelley Armstrong; "Just Listen" by Sarah Dessen; "Mal and Chad" by Stephen McCranie; "Middle School, the Worst Years of My Life" by James Patterson; and "Moment of Truth" by Michael Pryor.

New children's titles include: "Carl and the Baby Duck" by Alexandra Day; "A Spooky Adventure" by Apple Jordan; "First Day of School" by Anne Rockwell; and "Zoomer's Summer Snowstorm" by Ned Young.

New DVDs include: The 3 Wise Men; Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus; Jesse Stone: Innocents Lost; Mao's Last Dancer; Rio; Soul Surfer; Truth Be Told; and Wind Jammers.
