The annual bathtub races at Howdy Neighbor Days were a festival crowd pleaser. Team Grape, at left, took on the FFA Team, at right. Team Grape included Colton Drollinger, Marcus Brown, Michael Vincent, Hunter Jones and Travis Parrigon, with team captain Bo Vincent substituting as a runner in the second and third races. Team FFA included Becky Velten, John Velten, Will Gilliam, Brandon Weston and Josh Hilton. Team FFA won the first race with a time of 15.99 seconds. Team Grape won the second and third races, but the judges decided to disqualify both teams on the second race when the runners let go of the handlebars before crossing the finish line. Team FFA had the fastest time of the day and was declared the winner. [Times Photo by Murray Bishoff] [Order this photo]
