The Monett High School cheerleading squad, pictured above, attended a Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) camp at the Lake of the Ozarks June 13 through June 16. In the front row, from left, are: Jordan Hancock, Morgan Huntress, Jordan VanLue, Holly Abramovitz and Alexis Stamper. Second row: Katie Rutherford, Katie Kaiser, Tara Hancock, Adreial Ridenour, Stephanie Schumacher, Dominique Connolly and Heidi Loman. The squad won the spirit stick every night of camp. The award is given to the squads that show the most spirit throughout the day. The Monett ladies received superior ratings on all evaluations, earned first place on fight song evaluations and finished sixth on home dance evaluations.
