MES playground is back

Friday, June 24, 2011

For a week and a half, the Ozark Mountain Installation crew has been reinstalling the main playground on the north side of the Monett Elementary School campus. Jim Pass, with the firm, said all the major pieces are in place. Additional slides around the periphery will go in next, followed by ground work and placement of the rubber shreds used for cushion that have been stored in dumpsters since the unit was moved. Pass anticipated work would be completed next week. The old location was at rear right. The new location, looking south, lines up with the driveway across the front of the school, at left.
