Area motorcycle riders hurt in recent crashes

A single-vehicle wreck on Wednesday left a Bolivar man injured.

The crash occurred at 11:30 a.m. on Highway 76 one mile west of Exeter when a 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle, ridden by Kevin D, Ryan, 43, ran off the right side of the road and overturned.

Ryan was taken to Cox Hospital South in Springfield with moderate injuries.

Other crashes

* An Exeter man was injured when the 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle he was riding crashed on Highway 76 one miles west of Cassville on Wednesday. The wreck occurred at 10:30 a.m. when an uninvolved vehicle turned into the path of the motorcycle, operated by Jason L. Keen, 33, and Keen lost control of the cycle and overturned. He was taken to St. John's Hospital-Cassville with minor injuries.
