The Tri-Roller Association of Southwest Missouri will host Night at the Hammons on Saturday, June 18, in Fairview. The menu will consist of hot dogs, Polish sausage, hot links, chips, soda and dessert. There will be a silent auction, a 50/50 drawing and karaoke. All proceeds will go toward the upkeep and maintenance of the Hammons Community Center. Serving will be from 3 to 7 p.m. For more information, call 417-652-4318.
Registration for the Purdy Schools Alumni Association will begin at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 25. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. The meeting includes a scholarship recipient giving a profile presentation of the Purdy Schools for the 2010-11 year. The groups to be recognized are the 50 year class of 1961, faculty members, board members, school administrators and three scholarship recipients from the class of 2011. The meeting will conclude with a business meeting.
The annual Purdy Livestock Show and Festival will be held on Saturday, July 9. In addition to the livestock show, the event will offer business booths and concessions. For more information, call 417-291-5819.
The City of Purdy will host an annual city-wide garage sale on Saturday, June 18. A list of participants and maps will be available on Friday, June 17 at local businesses.
The Eastside Church of Christ, located at 1613 17th St. in Monett, will hold a gospel meeting June 19 through June 22. The guest speaker will be Walter Buchanan. The public is invited to attend.
The Fun Timers Band will be at the Pierce City Senior Center dance, located at 104 Locust St., at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 23. The dance will be held at 7 p.m. and admission is $3. Finger foods are welcome.

The First Christian (Disciples of Christ) Church, of Monett, will sponsor a garage sale on Saturday, June 18. The event will be held in the church basement on Fourth Street. Proceeds will go toward the Margaret Isbell Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Aurora's second annual Run for the Parks 5K/10K will be held at 8 a.m. on June 18 at Crosby Park. All proceeds will go toward creating walking and biking trails in Aurora's parks. The American Red Cross will host a blood drive from 1 to 6 p.m. on Monday, June 20 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Monett, located on 405 Seventh St. The blood drive will help with the Joplin recovery.
