The impressive new commons area has taken shape at Monett Elementary School. Contractors will spend much of the summer finishing the central gathering point and its new central office, at left. According to Superintendent Dr. John Jungmann, installation of the north playground in its new location gets underway this week. Work on the second grade wing continues into the fall. [
