Saturday hours for the Aurora, Cassville, Mt. Vernon and Monett branches of the Barry-Lawrence Regional Library will go into effect on Saturday, June 4 through Saturday, Aug. 13. Hours will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Den Youth Center, located above Mocha Jo's in downtown Monett, will be open on Saturday for the public to view a new paint job.

Kathy White, director of the Barry County Museum, will visit the Purdy Library at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 4. The Purdy Library is located on Highway C and Fourth Street. For more information, call 417-442-7314.

The Neosho Rotary Club will host a benefit car, truck and bike show from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 4 on the historic downtown square in Neosho. Proceeds will go toward tornado victims in the Joplin area. For more information, call 417-450-0940.

A family reunion will be held on June 11 for the descendents of George (Jack) and Florence Reynolds at 2465 Lawrence 2147 in rural Sarcoxie, the home of Mary Lou and Brent White. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and lawn chairs. The meal will be served at noon. Friends of the family are invited to attend.

The Linebarger reunion will be held on Saturday, June 12 at the Purdy Community Center beginning at 11 a.m. with a basket lunch served at noon. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

St. Mary's 24th annual old-fashioned festival will be held on Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church grounds in Pierce City. Mass on Saturday begins at 4 p.m., and the festival starts at 5 p.m. Mass on Sunday begins at 8:30 a.m., and the festival begins at 11 a.m.

Area residents are invited to attend the opening of the Pierce City Farmer's Market beginning at 8 a.m. and continuing until noon on Saturday, June 4 on Commercial Street in downtown Pierce City.

An Ozark music show will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, June 3 at the Monett City Park Casino. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $7.50 for adults, and the event is free for children ages 10 and under. Proceeds will go toward traditional Ozark music.

The former employees of Anderson Uniforms, of Mt. Vernon, will hold their annual summer reunion beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 5 in the Gary Ewing Park, located off of Highway 174 in Mt. Vernon.
