Friday, April 29, 2011

The Monett tennis team took second place in the four-team Bolivar Tournament on Thursday.

"We played pretty well in the singles competition," said Monett Head Coach Bob Crain. "We struggled in doubles play. Andres DeLeon and Abraham Mejia had a good day."

Monett's Chris Trout, Billy Storkson and Mejia took first place in their respective singles divisions.
