The Monett Police Department hosted a driving while intoxicated enforcement campaign from March 16 through March 20, which resulted in the arrest of three people for alleged driving under the influence.
Officers also issued 17 warnings or citations for other hazardous moving violations and made one warrant arrest.
Law enforcement agencies throughout Missouri participated in the statewide effort to stop drunk drivers and help make Missouri roads safer.
"Drinking and driving is simply not worth all consequences," said Chief Tim Schweder. "I am pleased with the efforts of these officers and the community to combat drunk driving."
Funding for the campaign was provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation's Office of Highway Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
