LaVerne Hunter

LaVerne "Vern" Hunter, age 88, of Aurora, died at 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 22 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Mt. Vernon.

Funeral services will be held at5 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25, at the First Presbyterian Church in Aurora. Burial will be at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora, under the direction of Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
