Receipts:  1436   Last Week:  No Sale   Last Year:  723

   Compared to two weeks ago, slaughter cows sold 2.00 higher with instances
3.00 higher and slaughter bulls sold 2.00-3.00 higher. On a moderate supply
demand was very good for bred cows and on a light supply demand was good for
cow/calf pairs. Supply was heavy and demand good for slaughter classes.

   Bred Cows:  Medium and Large 1-2  2 yrs to short and solid mouth 2nd
and 3rd stage 1025-1355 lbs most 770.00-1000.00, several better quality
1035.00-1250.00, 1st stage 980-1275 lbs 690.00-875.00; broken mouth to
aged 3rd stage 1155-1300 lbs 650.00-735.00. Large 1-2  2 yrs to short and
solid mouth 2nd and 3rd stage 1200-1575 lbs 875.00-1050.00; broken mouth
1400-1500 lbs 735.00-875.00. Medium and Large 2  6 yrs to short and solid
mouth 2nd and 3rd stage 1065-1085 lbs 675.00-775.00, 1st stage 3-6 yrs 850-

mouth to aged 1095-1300 lb cows w/babies to 200 lb calves 750.00-925.00,
