The Monett High School FFA Chapter will sponsor the next Missouri Hunter Education course on Saturday, Nov. 6 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 7 from 1 to 6 p.m. in the Monett Middle School cafeteria at Ninth and Cleveland.
Those successfully completing the course will receive a Missouri Conservation Heritage card with hunter education certification from the Department of Conservation. In Missouri, anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1967, must present proof of hunter education training in order to purchase any type of Missouri hunting permit.
