A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4 in the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon IOOF Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 3 in the funeral home chapel.
