A Cassville man was injured in a single vehicle crash on Saturday two miles east of Cassville.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, James Popanz, 36, was driving west on Highway 76 at 8:45 p.m. in a 1998 Dodge pickup. Popanz's truck struck a cow in the roadway, drove off the right side of the road, struck a fence and overturned. Popanz was not wearing a seat belt and received moderate injuries. He was taken to St. John's Hospital-Cassville for treatment.

* A two-vehicle crash occurred at 2:10 p.m. on Saturday two miles east of Cassville at the junction of Farm Roads 1135 and 2180. According to the Patrol, Jarred Young, 22, of Cassville, was eastbound in a 1988 Chevrolet and failed to stop at a stop sign. Young's vehicle collided with a southbound 1996 Ford Mustang driven by Floyd Sharp, 59, of Cassville. Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Injury information was not available. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
