Receipts: 494 Last Week: 638 Last Year: 850
Compared to last Wednesday, breaking and boning slaughter cows sold
fully 2.00 lower with some high-dressing cows 3.00 lower while lean cows
and slaughter bulls sold 1.00 lower. Temperatures in the triple digits
have slowed the movement of cattle. The majority of the offering left the
ring destined for the packers truck. Supply was light and demand moderate
for slaughter classes.

Bred Cows: Medium and Large 1-2 2-6 yrs 2nd and 3rd stage few 1090-
1290 lbs 735.00-885.00, 1st stage couple pkgs. 975-1080 lbs 660.00-665.00,
pkg. extra fancy blacks 3-4 yrs 1175 lb 925.00. Medium and Large 2 2 yr

Cow/Calf Pairs: Medium and Large 1-2 few 2-7 yrs 950-1100 lb cows w/

solid mouth 950-1000 cows w/150-170 lb calves 725.00. Medium 1-2 6 yr
1025 lb cow w/170 lb calf 900.00.
