The new equipment was made possible through funds raised and donations made through the Trinity Education Association (TEA), made up of parents and teachers. TEA President Dick Bushman and a crew of volunteers built and installed the equipment.
A spider climber, twirl slide, octagon climber and pods were added to the playground. Gravel was placed as a safety cushion, and a chain link fence erected.
A donation from the Arnold Krueger estate was also used to purchase equipment.
