   Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows sold steady to 1.00 lower and
slaughter bulls sold 1.00-2.00 lower. Several inches of rain across the area
the past few days created muddy conditions and may have curtailed receipts
today. A high percent of the offering was slaughter cows. The supply of bred
cows and cow/calf pairs was light. Supply was moderate and demand good for
slaughter classes.
