Springfield-Springfield Livestock Marketing Center: Cow and Bull Auction Close for 4/26/10

   Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows and slaughter bulls sold 1.00-
2.00 higher. The majority of the offering ended up in the hands of the
slaughter buyers. There were several good quality cow/calf pairs traded
but only a few bred cows returned to the farm. Supply was moderate and
demand good for slaughter classes.
