Linda K. Pendergrass, age 66, of Monett, died at her home on Saturday, Jan. 23.

She was born on Feb. 13, 1943 to Burness and Mildred (Miller) Mayfield in Aurora. Linda united in marriage to james Pendergrass on Aug. 28, 1963 in Monett.

Linda is survived by her husband; one son: Burness and wife Dorothy Pendergrass, of Dundee, Fla.; two grandchildren: Sarah and Michael.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents.

Linda was a beautician and owned a hair salon in Monett.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
