Elmer James "Shorty" Hancock, age 86, of Purdy, died on Friday, Nov. 20, 2009.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial will be in Burkshed Cemetery in Arkansas.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Nov. 23, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
