Marshals discover meth lab in Aurora

Officers from the U.S. Marshal's Service were executing an arrest warrant in the 800 block of West St. Louis in Aurora when they discovered what they believed to be a methamphetamine laboratory.

According to Detective Lieutenant Jay Jastal with the Aurora Police Department, the U.S. Marshal's office notified the Aurora Police Department and Comet Drug Taskforce about the suspected drug lab and local officers responded to the residence and took three adults into custody.

Eric James Yount, 43, of Aurora, was charged with distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of a controlled substance and was held on $50,000 bond.

William Gene Hall, 29, of Aurora, was arrested by U.S. Marshal's on a federal warrant.

Additional charges may be filed.
