Plays, concerts, food, outdoor adventure in entertainment options this week "When it comes to parts in the play, all actresses are ruthless." That's the theme of the musical "Ruthless" being performed by the Monett High School drama and music departments at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at Monett City Hall Auditorium. In the scene above, the theatrical assistant, played by Whitley Dahlstrom, at right, leads a reporter through the apartment when the action takes place. The famous actress, played by Kacy Barta, second from left, discusses issues with her agent, played by Emily Copening, at left. The show has a big cast and many singing numbers. Twists, turns and songs keep the show in constant motion. Tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the door.
