Hazel Childress-Levi

Mrs. Hazel Juanita (Dotson) Childress-Levi, 93, of Papillion, Nebraska, passed away October 14, 12009, in Papillion, Nebraska.

Mrs. Childress-Levi was born May 22, 1916, in Elijah, Mo. She was a loving mother and grandchildren of 95.

She is survived by eight children: Shirley Louise Hudson, of Olathe, Ks., Glenn Childress, of Yale, Ok., Bonita Kasparek, of Omaha, Ne., Barbara Folkner, of Omaha, Ne., Paul Childress, of Nashville, Tn., Allen Childress, of Nashville, Tn., Dan Childress, of St. Cloud, Mn., and Harvey Childress, of Fordland, Mo.

Visitation will be held at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri, on Friday from 6 till 8 p.m. Services will be Saturday morning 10 a.m. at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home with burial at Arnhart Cemetery near Purdy, Missouri. A full obituary will be posted.
