Austin Jones

Mr. Austin Jones, 21, of Pierce City, Missouri, passed away October 8, 2009, at St. John's in Springfield. He was born October 2, 1988 in Springfield, Missouri, the son of Kenny and Elizabeth (Henderson) Jones.

Austin was employed at George's in Butterfield and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Austin is survived by his father: Kenny Jones; five brothers: Isaac Jones, of Pierce City, Mo., Jim Jones, Jackie Jones, John Jones and Jamie Jones; two sisters: Samantha Jones and Janice Douglas; paternal grandmother, Glenda Jones, of Fairview, Mo.; and maternal great grandparents, Ralph and Imogene Henderson, of Monett.

Austin was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Jones; and his maternal grandparents, Bill and Marilyn Henderson.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Bethel Cemetery with Mark Bradshaw officiating.

Memorials may be made to Hospice in care of the funeral home.
