Mary Pritchett

Mary Hallenbeck Pritchett, 85, formerly of Monett and a 1942 graduate of Monett High School, passed away September 29, 2009, in Harlingen, Texas.

Mary and her husband, Ron, had been ill and in Canterbury's Caretaker Home in Harlingen, Texas.

Mary was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. R.W. Hallenbeck, who moved to Monett from Lamar, Mo., in 1936. Dr. Hallenbeck was an optometrist in Monett.

Mary is survived by her husband, Ron; a son, Dr. Thomas Pritchett, of Seattle, Washington; daughter, Ronda (Alan) Honorat, of Houston, Texas; daughter, Rebecca Rader, of Victor, Mt.; one grandson, A.J. McVittie; one brother, Ralph (Carabelle) Hallenbeck, of Indialantic, Fla.; an aunt, Maxine McClannan, of Monett, Mo.

Funeral services were Oct. 3, 2009 in Harlingen, Texas, with burial in McCallan, Texas.
