Margaret Brumley

Margaret (Adah) Castle Brumley, 88, widow of Herschel Brumley, Jr., died Tuesday, August 25, 2009, in Columbia, South Carolina.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2009, at Cypress Baptist Church with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Chandler. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2009, at Koehler-Perigo Funeral Home, 7022 Heim Road, Chandler, Indiana.

A native of Chandler, Indiana, Mrs. Brumley was the daughter of the late Benjamin Harrison and Esther Ada Castle. She was a homemaker and member of Cypress Baptist Church.

Surviving are four children: Saundra Kaye Hamm (Larry), Kenneth Brumley (LaNita); Keith Brumley (Jane), and Jo Ann Dieckmann (William). She has nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews, two living sisters, Lois Brooks (Wilbur) and Barbara Klippel, and was predeceased by a sister, Genevieve Roberts.

Memorials may be made to Cypress Baptist Church.
