Five people were injured in three bi-county traffic crashes since Friday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol issued the following reports:
Two Cassville people were hurt in a two-vehicle wreck Saturday two and a half miles southeast of Eagle Rock in Barry County at 11:50 a.m.
Dennis Crawford, 20, one of the drivers, and a passenger in his vehicle, Katherein Crawford, 20, both sustained minor injuries and were taken to St. John's Hospital-Cassville.
Olivia Cline, 17, of Eagle Rock, was the other driver. She was not injured in the wreck.
The crash occurred when the southbound Dodge driven by Cline was left of center on a curve and struck the northbound Mercury driven by Dennis Crawford head-on.
Investigating the wreck was Trooper John Lueckenhoff.
An Aurora man was injured in a one-vehicle crash a half mile east of Mt. Vernon on Lawrence County Farm Road 1163 at 1:21 p.m. Saturday.
Bobby Hensley, 72, the driver, sustained moderate injuries and was airlifted to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield.
The wreck occurred when the westbound Chrysler driven by Hensley went off the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
Investigating the crash was Trooper Jonathan May.
Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle wreck four miles west of Monett on Highway 60 in Barry County at 3:45 p.m. Friday.
James Blakeney, 23, of Purdy, and Gregory Johnson, 53, of Pierce City, the two drivers, sustained moderate injuries and were taken to Cox Monett Hospital.
The crash occurred when the westbound Ford pickup driven by Johnson was attempting to make a right turn and was struck in the back end by the westbound Dodge driven by Blakeney.
Investigating the wreck was Trooper Andy Ward.
