Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Owens, 72, of Mt. Vernon, died at 12:04 p.m. June 14, 2009.
Services will be 10 a.m. tomorrow, June 17, at Kings Way Christian Church with burial at Union Cemetery in Stotts City under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home of Mt. Vernon.
