Jim (Mike) Cook, 69, of Cassville, died at 6:15 p.m. May 30, 2009.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 4 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cassville with Rev. Bob Neeley and Rev. James Stewart officiating under the direction of White Funeral Home of Cassville.
