Mark Parrigon

Funeral mass for Mark S. Parrigon, 54, of Pierce City, who died March 19, 2009, was held at 10 a.m. yesterday, March 23, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pierce City with Father Peter Moriciniec officiating.

Music was provided by the church choir who sang "Be Not Afraid," "Only A Shadow," Hail Mary Gentle Woman," "City Of God" and "How Great Thou Art." Organist was Mary Ryder and song leader was Beverly Phillips.

General intercessors were Megan Jones and Carrie Hogenmiller. Gift bearers were Ebony Parrigon, Chelsea Parrigon, Kalem Parrigon, Jim Parrigon, Kathy Houck and David Parrigon. Eucharistic ministers were Randy Ballay, Melissa Ballay and Bonnie Parrigon. Altar severs were Jacqueline Ballay, Travis Parrigon and Aniesa Parrigon. Eulogy was given by Beverly Phillips. Lectors were Michael Sloan, Monica Ballay and Jill Schneider.

Casketbearers were Andy Parrigon, Lee Parrigon, Bret Parrigon, Lee Jones, Michael Sloan, Riley Parrigon, Nate Schneider and Andy Hogenmiller.

Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Lakin Funeral Home.
