Hattie Purdom

Services for Hattie Louise Purdom, 93, of Monett, who died March 11, 2009, were held at 1 p.m. March 14 at Buchanan Chapel in Monett with Don Deffenbaugh, minister, officiating.

Music included "What A Friend We Have In Jesus," "Safe In The Arms Of Jesus" and "What A Day That Will Be."

Casketbearers were Mike Purdom, Nathan Purdom, Robert McDougle, Justin Roller, Greg Jenkins and Cassidy Krull. Honorary casketbearers were Rob Windes, Perry Smallwood, Van Rackley, Greg Kinser, Jack Schlessman, Nick Hamilton, Lane Hamilton, Zack Welch, Wade Purdom, Mike Purdom and Silas Purdom.

Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home of Monett.
