Jim Thomas

Mr. Thomas was born July 19, 1957, in Aurora. He was a truck driver.

Survivors include one son, Thad Thomas of Aurora; one daughter, Chelsea Thomas of Aurora; his mother, Opal Maples Thomas of Aurora; four brothers, Ronnie Thomas, Doug Thomas, and David Thomas, all of Aurora, and Rick Thomas of Seoul, Korea; one sister, Phyllis Pendleton of Mt. Vernon; one grandchild and one special friend, Glenda Foster of Aurora.

He was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Thomas.

Services were 2 p.m. today, March 2, at Baptist Temple in Aurora with Ed Walls, pastor, officiating under the direction of Peterson Funeral Home of Aurora. Burial was in Maple Park Cemetery.
