Sandy Horn

Sandy Horn, 66, of Hideaway, Texas, died yesterday, March 8 at Hospice of East Texas Homeplace in Tyler, Texas.

Mrs. Horn was born Feb. 15, 1943, in Joplin. She was a homemaker.

She was married to Jack Horn and he survives.

Additional survivors include: two sons, Douglas Horn, of Sapulpa, Okla., and Michael Horn, of Jenks, Okla., his mother, Thelma Ferrell, of Monett; two brothers, Raymond Shockley, of Lebanon, and Kevin Smith, of Monett; two sisters, Helen Morris, of Anderson, and Belva Camp, of Monett; and three grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date in Monett under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home of Lindale, Texas.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, March 10 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Special Olympics.
