The Lawrence County Health Department has announced that all seven cases of COVID-19 in the county are considered recovered. Recovery is measured by two negative tests at least 24 hours apart after 14 days of isolation and no symptoms. “We would also like to note that further testing of staff and residents at the facility [where all seven cases were found] produced no additional positive cases,” a press release said...
