Freistatt loses appeal for post office

Clerk Deborah Schoen reported the Postal Regulatory Commission rejected the village's appeal because it was filed late and the extension was rejected. The chairman of the commission voted contrary to the majority in favor of proceeding with the case. With no further options, the appeal process is concluded...
