The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office participated in the 2012 Holiday DWI Enforcement Campaign conducted Dec. 10 through Dec. 16. During the enforcement effort, officers issued a total of three traffic tickets. Those included one driving while intoxicated, one safety belt ticket and one other traffic violation.
