The Monett R-1 School District will hold Parent-Teacher Conferences from Monday, Oct. 15 through Friday, Oct. 19. Five hurt in two wrecks (10/15/12)
A Monett firefighter was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Leland Doss, 57, of Monett, received minor injuries while responding to a firefighter call in his 2008 Dodge Ram pickup, Doss was driving north on Farm Road 1090, four miles north of Monett, and overtaking a 2001 Plymouth Neon, driven by James Mondragon, 24, of Cassville. ...
