Barry-Lawrence Regional Library explores new support services (10/12/12)
New services to help the Barry-Lawrence Regional Library with operations were discussed at the September meeting of the library's board of directors. A Seligman man sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle wreck that occurred at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 11, on Highway DD about a mile and a half west of Seligman. Volunteer firefighter pleas guilty to arson (10/12/12)
A volunteer firefighter from Ash Grove is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty in Lawrence County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Oct. 9 to two felony counts of arson. Cody Gossett, 21, was charged with arson following an investigation by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, the Missouri Highway Patrol and the State Fire Marshal's Office.
