New orange banners are on display in downtown Monett. According to City Administrator Dennis Pyle, the banners were purchased by the city. "We have four seasonal banners now that we plan on changing out with the seasons." The four designs include: tulips for spring, stars and stripes for summer, leaves for autumn, and Christmas for winter.
