Fire protection district question in the offing for PC voters (07/23/12)
Citizens of Pierce City will have the opportunity to decide on the issue of forming a tax-based fire protection district. Red Door celebrates distributing 10,000 meals (07/23/12)
The Behind the Red Door ministry recently held a BBQ lunch for the patrons of the Community Kitchen in celebration of distributing over 10,000 meals. The not-for-profit ministry received a $1,000 grant from Walmart to assist in their efforts. Patrons were treated to a meal of barbecued hamburgers or hot dogs, homemade baked beans, chips, soda, water and ice cream.
