Operations of Monett-based 3D Corporate Solutions were detailed by Greg Drollinger, marketing director, at last week's meeting of the Monett Kiwanis Club. Founded in August 2002 by Ed Mareth and Kevin Keeling, 3D Corporate Solutions has its administrative office in the former Jumping-Jacks plant at 601 N. 13th St. in Monett. Crafts in the Ozarks reflect a wide range of creative skills. Kay Johnson, of Monett, brought samples of homemade cookie cutters from the collection of Ann Anthony, of Bothell, Wash., for exhibit at the Monett Museum. The Purdy R-2 Board of Education hired Dr. Steven Chancelor as the district's new superintendent, succeeding Jerry Lingo, who is retiring. Chancelor was selected during the Monday board meeting and came to Purdy on Tuesday to sign the contract. Purdy board members received applications from 15 candidates screened for the district by the Missouri School Boards Association. The Monett City Council voted to put its building at 2150 Park St., known as the Monett Gymnastics Center, up for sale at the February city council meeting. The 8,000-square-foot gymnastics building, located behind the Ramey supermarket, was built by the city in 2002 at a cost of $198,500.
