October sales tax totals mixed (11/03/11)
Sales tax revenues received in October marked a slight decline over a year ago, especially at the county level, while most of the cities, including Monett, registered modest gains over a year ago. Monett's two sales taxes for general expenses generated $132,312.48 for the month, up $596.69 from last October. It was the fourth consecutive monthly gain, or the sixth time in seven months revenues have risen. The city's other taxes showed similar gains...
Freistatt Lions hear report on new eye tool they helped buy (11/03/11)
