Cassville Wildcats too much for Monett Cubs (10/17/11)
The Cassville Wildcats football team scored touchdowns on its first two drives of the first and second half to down the Monett Cubs 28-6 Friday night. She was born on Aug. 7, 1925, in Pulaskifield, MO, the daughter of the late Joe and Rose (Bartkoski) Wrobleski. She was united in marriage on May 13, 1950, to Robert Knott in Pulaskifield. Mary Helen Courdin, age 81, of Monett, MO, passed away on Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, while at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, MO, following a sudden illness. Mary Helen Matthews and Gene Austin Courdin were united in marriage on June 4, 1953, in Monett. They were blessed with over 52 years together. To this union five children were born.
