Tomorrow, flags at the Monett Judicial Center will fly at half staff in honor of National Police Week. Monett Police Chief Tim Schweder said May 9 to May 15 has been aside as a time to honor police officers, and May 13 is the national memorial day when officers who have made the supreme sacrifice and lost their life in the line of duty are remembered...

In the final meet of the season, the Monett Cubs golf team played at Aurora on Tuesday and finished third, behind Mt. Vernon and Springfield Catholic. Twelve teams participated.
