Industrial accident claims life of Monett man (12/02/09)
A Monett man was killed on Tuesday in an industrial accident at Main Street Feeds in Monett. Jerry Ideker was pronounced dead at Cox Monett Hospital around 10 a.m. Tuesday after a fall from a truck. Ideker was the head delivery driver for Main Street Feeds and the first person to arrive at the Monett facility every day to check out all the trucks. At the time of the accident, around 9 a.m., Ideker was one of about five people unloading a truck being prepared for a shipment...
